Relationship Difficulties.

Most emotional problems in a person's life tend to be linked to a relationship problem with one or more people. It may be a partner, friend, family member or work colleague to name but a few. Sometimes we struggle with relationships on a number of levels which causes frustration as well as turmoil for the client.

Relationship on any level is hard work. It's the work that produces the relationship.
                                                                                                                         - Carl Jung.

We hold the firm view that every person can grow and change for the better. A safe space that allows a client to explore ways to enhance their relationship, both for the clients benefit but also the relationship. A common difficulty we encounter is when a person is struggling to move on from a relationship that has ended. The opposite can also be an impacting issue, that as staying in a relationship that a person feels is not working but unable to leave. Again this may be a romantic, job or family relationship.
