Personal Development
Personal Development is a ten week course. The course runs once a week from 7.00 to 9.30pm plus a break of 10 minutes mid way. It is held both online as well as classroom based. Each week we look at an area of development that we can integrate into ourselves so as to grow as a person, become more socially aware and gain a greater understanding of ourselves. Week 8 (Family systems - Where do I fit In - How does it affect myself and others)

Week 10 (What have I learned - Where can I apply it better - What next - Closing)
Weekend Retreats.
We run weekend retreats in both Cork City and County Cork. Our city based retreats are held in comfortable settings, non residential and at the end of the day you get to return to your own home. County based retreats are based in County Cork in a picturesque setting, and comfortable accommodation is included. This is a complete get away to give space, time and care to yourself.
