Covid-19 and Therapy.

Counselling and Psychotherapy are deemed as essential services under the government guidelines for responding to the Covid-19 as of the 18th May 2020. Under the guidelines, our services remain open but there are certainly sensible and responsible practices that we have to adopt in dealing with the virus and in preventing its spread in the community.

A number of precautions are in place in all of our rooms. Please follow these procedures when attending your session.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and wait in the waiting room.
  • You may choose to keep your mask on and also request the therapist to do so. This is optional.
Hand sanitiser will be provided upon entry and also in the therapist's room.

Together we can drive this virus back until we are free from its effects on our society, our loved ones and especially the vulnerable amongst us.
