Cancellation PolicyWe understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, due to high demand and limited availability, we ask all clients to give as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Payment for sessions must be made no later than 48hrs before each appointment.

- Cancellations made with at least two full working days' notice will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations between 48 hours and 24 notice may be rescheduled.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
- Missed appointments or cancellations on the day of your appointment will result in the loss of that session and payment.
